Latah Aux Comm Mesh Net

MeshCore

Reliable routes from Moscow Mountain to the Camas Prairie.

Live in development at Genesee. Settings below are the upstream US recommendation.

MeshCore uses dedicated repeaters and managed routes rather than flooding from every node, scaling well for community networks.

Best for: Reliable, scalable messaging through managed repeaters.

How it works

  • •Repeaters form the backbone and learn routes, rather than every node rebroadcasting everything.
  • •Companion devices connect to your phone and talk through nearby repeaters.
  • •Routed paths use less airtime, so the network scales further than flooding does.

Routing: repeaters learn a path, so only the nodes on that path transmit.
